Good hotel, easily accessible to everything in the Perimeter area, good rates, all-around good pick!

Not a bad locale, or place to stay BUT... I had to to go on a toll road to there and back to Atanta each day which would have been nice to know.
Also they advertise a deluxe breakfast of "breads and fruits" but it was just plain bagels and choice of an apple or an orange. Fine but say so in your ad.
Also, they advertised a "groumet coffee bar" that was non-existent,.
I had a couple problems in my room which were annoying but major what was annoying was the they not addressed in a timely manner--air was not working up to snuff and I asked twice that it be checked but it wasn't and the ice maker in the fridge kept trying to work but didn't and would make a loud noise about every two hours--the first night I thought someone was trying to get in my room.

This was my first stay at any Extended Stay properties and I stayed here because of the price and the location. It is walking distance to the marta train station, but it is a long walk and I usually drove to it. Likewise, there are plenty of shops and restaurants a long walk from the property and I drove to those as well. The perimeter area has lots of restaurants, a super target, home depot, and a full mall, which is why the location is so good. The train station makes access to downtown very convenient and takes about 30 minutes to get to the Five Points station.

My room was better than I expected for the price. It had a full kitchen, which I didn't use, but could have. The wireless internet was $5 for the entire stay, which is not as good as free, but much better than the typical $10/day that I see at other hotels. My TV remote only had one battery in it, but that was quickly fixed by a trip to the front desk. The staff was very cordial and helpful, greeting me each time I left and returned to the property. There is plenty of well-lit parking.

I really don't have any complaints. I have stayed at much nicer hotels, but paid a much higher price. I would definitely stay here again and it is an excellent value for the price.

My fiance' and I stayed here both in March and May of 2007 and will be staying here again this month (June). I'm sure that speaks volumes
on its own. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The first time we stayed here, the sheets for the sleeper sofa were stained but they promptly replaced them without hesitation. The beds are pretty comfortable and most rooms come with DVD players so you can bring movies to enjoy in room. This is (in my opinion) the most beautiful and classy side of Atlanta. Many great restaurants and places to shop (including a SuperTarget) are right down the street! I would highly recommend!

Only dislikes, no ice machine or way to keep things frozen in mini fridge.
