There is nothing about this hotel that has made me feel welcomed or happy to be here. Customer service was kinda rude, and Internet costs 12.99 per 24 hours. I just find this redicous. We hardly get any Chanels on our tv... It's so sad... It seems as though the more you pay for a hotel the less you get nowadays! We ordered room service and was told that we would get it in 25 mins we received our two bowls of soup 1 and a half hours later. This hotel was a joke.

Great hotel rooms very comfortable, service great. The only problem I have is the avaiability of vending machines, there arent any in the hotel. The only place to buy snacks or soft drinks is room service or from gift shop that jacks the prices up twice the normal fee. He actually scratches the magazine price out and adds 50% above face value.

Just finished up a personal stay with family at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North. I am a Starwood Platinum, so I have to assume I received the best service they can offer. I would not recommend the hotel based on my experience. I had booked two connecting rooms. When we arrived at 1:30pm, only one of the two rooms was ready. I had called the desk two weeks earlier and asked for a crib to be in the room because my toddler would need to nap right away. There was no crib in the room. I had to wait for one to arrive. I had asked at check-in that no calls be routed to the room with the crib. A call was put through right at nap time on our second day. On our second day, we left the rooms at 9am and returned around 2pm. The rooms had not been made up. Housekeeping wasn't even on our floor yet.

The rooms were nothing special. My toilet made a lot of noise and ran all the time. The TV remote worked intermittently. Desktops showed their age badly. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The good news is that the staff generally were very nice. I supsect the issues I had are related to inattentive management or inadequate staff. Changes could be made and my opinion might differ.

I stayed here for four nights in January attending a business conference. The hotel was very accommodating to the needs and demands of our large group, thank you. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Disappointed that the rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Also, difficult to find an available electrical outlet in the room. The wireless internet was complimentary for our conference group, so I'm not sure if its always free to everyone. The internet speed was fairly good, I could stream a movie with only a few minor slowdowns that resolved quickly. Take advantage of the fabulous fitness center next door, just ask for a pass at the front desk each day. The fitness center has three levels, with a track on the third level, basketball courts, squash courts, tons of fitness equipment, and a pool. Overall, I would probably stay here again if I was in the area.
