First, I have to say that I ONLY stay at Best Westerns when I travel and this is one of the best ones I ever been to. I travel atleast 4 times a year for business and pleasure. With that said, the first time that I stayed here, I was only in town for a couple of days to visit my dad before he passed away. Even though it was not for a joyous occasion, I totally enjoyed my stay!! I had a very long drive that I did, non-stop. I got in earlier than expected and was afraid that I would have to wait to get into my room. However, when I arrived and spoke to the person at the front desk, they simply said, "no problem!" I was sooo happy, not to mention exhausted. I was even more happy when I took a wonderfully hot shower, sat on the edge of the bed, and fell asleep...fast! It was as if the bed swallowed me whole...sooo soft and comfy. My son said that one moment he was talking to me and the next I was snoring. I don't remember a thing, but I do know that I was so glad that I booked us in this hotel. He was too, since he not only got to enjoy a great breakfast, but IHOP is right there...his favorite "breakfast anytime" restaurant.
The entire hotel was PERFECT!! Clean, close by, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, COMFORTABLE BEDS, wonderful breakfast, location perfect, view was awesome, etc. etc. etc.!! My only disappointment was that this hotel had no available rooms last year while I was traveling, so I had to stay at a different Best Western. This year, I'm either staying here or not going...period! Please keep up the great work. I look forward to staying with you very very soon this month.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, after he graduated from OCS at Fort Benning. We wanted to enjoy downtown Atlanta, while waiting for our return trip home, and boy did we ever. It was a nice treat to explore downtown, a big plus that the hotel was very close to airport, as we could have easily missed our flight home, after staying out late. The room was comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Absolutely awesome is how I would describe my stay. The front desk staff (very speedy check-in) and all other staff were very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond their duties to make sure that I was taken care of and they truly cared about my comfort. I had stayed here 6 or 7 years ago and since then they have completely renovated the entire place. My room was very nice and clean with a brand new, very large flat screen TV, it also had a refrigerator and microwave. I could also tell that all of the linens and towels were very new and of good quality. Every inch of the place was fresh and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations within an hour of the airport in Atlanta. I guarantee you that this is the best place to stay and the rate was excellent.

I’m not the easiest customer to please. Why? I’ve spent years in the hotel business. It’s a force of habit to look critically at the facilities, the staff and the level of cleanliness. The Best Western Plus in Hapeville, GA simply would not yield one single complaint.
I chose the Best Western Plus for convenience. It couldn’t be closer to the airport and it’s near a fast food restaurant, a chain pancake house and a terrific little bistro right on property serving great down-home cooking and some pretty good margaritas. The shuttle service was very prompt and friendly.
Immediately upon entering the lobby, I received a warm welcome. The staff is genuinely courteous . They are efficient without being aloof. While checking in, I scanned the public areas for dust, smudges or debris. It was spotless, shinny and elegant! (It has been my experience to dread entering the room if the public area is shabby.) My room did not disappoint. It not only smelled clean, it was clean and believe me, I checked everything! I had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed with crisp new sheets. I got a lot of bang for my buck. Everything was perfect but the staff was perfect plus. Good job, management, in hiring a great crew.
Would I return? You bet! Would I recommend this Best Western Plus to friends? Absolutely.
