I stayed here for a 4 day conference of which I was the chair. The facility is beautiful and the staff incredibly nice. Special thanks to Ronnie on the Conference Staff and Marcus in the bar. The food is excellent and, unlike some conferences, there was plenty of food each day. The rooms are large and very nice. Only reason I gave it a 4 was a couple of small things: housekeeping was a little hit or miss; 4 days, my room was perfect but 1 day, it was like they only dropped by to fold the towels. Also, the wireless internet in the conference facilities was very slow. Other than those two small things, Emory was terrific!

We recently held our company's national sales meeting at Emory and received positive feedback from attendees. As meeting planner, I experienced excellent service from Emory staff - even many changes on the fly! The meeting spaces are the best and the event in Wisteria Lanes was icing on the cake for our group - they loved it.

We held our Annual Physician Retreat at Emory Conf Ctr over a three day period. The facility is set up excellent to accomodate any size meeting group from meeting space, event activities and beautiful accomodations. More importantly they know what "Customer Service" is all about. From the initial site visit to checking out everyones first questions was "is there something I can help you with". For the meeting the AV team provided on the spot assistance and we used Wisteria lanes for our evening activity and was "over the top" experience for our meeting attendees. The entire staff was professional, courteous and more importantly very helpful - "We Can DO" attitudes We will be back!! BIG THANK YOU to all the staff!!!

We just held our daughter's wedding at the ECCH....the ceremony was in The Silverbell Pavilion and the reception in The Lullwater Ballroom....it was perfect in every way! Uli and her staff made sure that everything ran smoothly....the food was DELICIOUS! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how "wedding food" is usually not so good...but ours was THE BEST!! We had visited other wedding venues in the area...Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan....but ECCH has the most economical rate and we were the ONLY wedding party there. If you are looking for a wedding venue, don't waste your time with other places...just call Uli at ECCH!!
