This is not a namebrand hotel. This is NOT in Richmond. They do not have a working restraunt. They do offer a continental breakfast with two choices of cereal with milk that was out of date by 4 days and you have to eat it there in an abandoned restraunt without any heat to make sure you don't steal there food, that consisted of a couple of bagles, and a couple of cereals. The exercise room had a treadmill. The room was spacious and bed was comfy but the room was cold and could never get it warm.

Room was subzero (they had heater turned off to save money?). Heater would not work fast enought. i stayed cold for hours on hours most of the night. Asked for extra blankets (the ones they had were paper thin) and never got them (manager didnt have keys on hand to get to storage for extra blankets). Toilet was very small and would not flush (can see feces in it at this very moment..just wont flush!). Very poorly managed and will go downhill. Do not recomend. I gave feedback to corporate also. Doubt will ever get a response.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the here for a week. It was fine the the fine day, the Front desk Mgr was on her job.. But thats about it. Housekeeping is VERY SLOW and lazy. Its a three level hotel and two housekeeper working together in one room. Why i dont know. We had to call several times everyday for them and they didnt come to 3, maybe 4 in the damn afternoon. The elevator barely worked and we was on the three level, so had to walk up the stairs. For several days trash bags piled in front of the elevator. Otherthan, the Mgr staff was very inconsiderated went you called the front desk. That was are first and last time staying here.
