“A hotel in need of a remodel”

This Quality Inn is showing its age, despite the best attempts of the staff. Room was clean; furnishings were OK. Old analog TV. Sleep quality (on a 10-point scale): 5. There was a wireless access point in the room, so Internet quality was excellent. Complimentary hot breakfast was good. I probably wouldn't stay here again, nor recommend it to others. If the West End location is important, consider a newer hotel in the area or look at hotels in the nearby Innsbrook area (a few miles west on Broad St.)

“bad internet connection”

we had to change rooms cause tv didnt't work> trying to get a new room took 35 minutes; this hotel need to updated rooms. the maids didn't clean the room or change the sheets.heat/ac was poor and the entire hotel needs updating and better internet service so guest's can get online.

“Unnecessary Aggravation”

Called front desk, was put on hold for 12 minutes and spoke with an exceptionally rude front desk representative when I asked for the manager, I was abruptly put on hold and then spoke with an incredibly unsympathetic Manager who has such poor customer service skills I was completely turned off and canceled the subsequent reservations for both myself and my colleagues. Coming from someone who has worked in a hotel previously, it is utterly astounding to me that the people I spoke with were so rude. Save yourself the headache and AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Very old funny smell. I went out when i got in about 9pm it smelt like marajuna through the halls and also trash all over the halls

“Not So Quality Inn!”

We had to change rooms 4 times due to problems, such as the heat/AC did not work and TV died, etc. The entire hotel was dirty, wallpaper peeling, overflowing trash cans in common areas (outside elevators/drink and snack machines). Bathrooms need a lot of updating and cleaning. Lots of noisy, loud talking & door slamming, etc.The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It is fairly well located near an Olive Garden, other restaurants and shopping areas.

Room Tip: Higher floor, not near outside door and make sure everything in the room works before unpacking.
