If you are serious about spas, then this is a good place, I guess. The water smelled sulphurously good & there are lots of treatments (at charges of between 5 & 100 Euro). We stayed one night because it was near the motorway after a long drive. The room was very clean, modern, very large, with king size bed & a terrace. & there is a swimming pool, too. On the other hand, the food was really awful; rather like a school dinner but for 30 Euro (potatoes so over boiled that they were falling apart, carrots so over cooked you could have cut with your finger! The only other choice would have been to drive 4 kms to the local village pizzaria. The staff were low information to say the least: (though they did speak english & german). You have to unload the bags from your car at the back (the front entrance is on a carless marble terrace) & then walk past the treatment rooms, which I found rather hospital-like & depressing. On the other hand, the (to me) entertaining side of the medical spect was the many people who arrived at breakfast in dressing gowns. I had a flash of "One flew over the cuckoo's nest"... But...but... if you want a spa, this may be okay. Either the rough guide or Cadogan describes this place as a 19th cent spa building. In fact what is there looks like a 1930 fascist marble palace; either may be equally interesting to you, though we would have preferred the former.
I think I have made it sound worse than it was. Except for the food, it was just okay.
