First - if you have mobility issues, think twice. I was traveling with a broken leg. I called ahead to request a shower chair and was told they had no such thing - only fully handicapped-accessible rooms. Those are often very inconvenient for people not in wheelchairs. Access to the restaurant is down stairs - there is a ramp, but it's not at all obvious and I only found it by accident. Most doors open to the outside.
The location is good in the sense that it's right off the freeway, but it's not convenient to much of anything - "Industrial Road" is well named. There are no restaurants in walking distance. The hotel mini-mart has mostly snack items and nothing for breakfast (though you can purchase an $8 bottle of wine for $21.)
The rooms are adequate but no more. Bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo, and conditioner (no lotion.) There is no luggage rack in the closet. There are two phones, one by the bed and one on the desk, but they only put a pen and paper next to the one by the bed. Internet is complimentary but painfully slow. There is complimentary coffee but you're only allowed one package of condiments per pot, so unless you drink it black you're probably shortchanged.
