We were amazed by the tranquil, beautiful surroundings, setting and our lovely room. Our brief stay was highlighted by our dinner and its musical accompaniment, in particular Carlo Lofreddo! What a treat.

We had stayed here before and loved it, and we enjoyed it just as much this time. Fausto is such a great host and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. The food is wonderful--Dimitri is a wonderful cook as well as a great artist. It is quiet, peaceful, a great place to recharge your batteries and prepare to go back to the "real world".

We wanted a few days on the country side after hectic Rome and found that, and more. Beautiful, well kept garden with interesting plants and well thought details - this actually goes for the whole place. Most important are the hosts and the service everywhere that make this place outstanding. Makes me feel good just thinking of it - Signor Fausto's warm smile and the stories over an excellent dinner !

I had stayed here before in 2006 and it was great then but now my vacation in September 2011 was absolutely first class in every respect. Great staff, great food, and a nice location. The rooms are well equipped each with a hand painted fresco in keeping with the name of the room. It is a family run hotel and they were all very friendly and and couldn't have been more helpful. The gardens are wonderful and the swimming pool was beautiful.
Quite honestly this hotel is total perfection in every way.
