Three day in Donegal were the final long leg of our vacation in Ireland. Out of these, we spent two nights at Inishduff. Ethna had no vacancies for the first day, so she kindly arranged accommodations with an equally nice B&B nearby, St. Kieran's.
One could say a lot about this B&B or one could make a long story short: This is a completely flawless and excellent place in every respect. Our room was large, well-furnished and comfortable, with a nice ocean view. The bathroom was very spacious. Everything was very well kept and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were made to order and very delicious. All of this was complemented by afternoon tea and one evening wine, in Ethna's and the other guest's delightful company. Ethna is a wonderful and most charming host, and she cared for us as if we had been friends for many years.
We have stayed in many B&Bs in several countries over the years. This ranks among the finest, perhaps it is even the best we have stayed in so far. This may seem like an exaggeration, but it isn't.
Most highly recommended.
