This was the first hotel of three on a trip to Iceland. The town it was located in was very small, like most towns outside of Reykjavik. I stayed in a double room with my friend. The room was nice - two single beds pushed together, couch, table, chairs, bathroom had jacuzzi tub. The TV only got like two channels. They had three hot tubs, the one was a little scary (needed cleaned), the other was empty and the other one was nice and clean. The hotel lobby was nice - cheapest souvenirs in Iceland. We didn't eat at the restaurant for dinner but did eat the complimentary breakfast which was very nice - the typical Icelandic breakfast (bread, fish, tomatoes, cucumbers). There is nothing around the hotel really except for a gas station that you can see from the hotel. There is an attraction about 3 miles up the road - they say it is the hottest hot spring in the world. All in all I would stay there again if I am out that way.
