This is a long review... In short, I felt unimportant and not like a "guest" and after 5 nights I felt dirtier than when I arrived. Please read on... Maybe I expect too much?

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It was very close to shopping, fast food and restaurants. Walking distance or 5 minutes in the car. Directly across from the hotel is a mini mall type of place with Target, Walmart, Subway & my personal favorite a Starbucks! The FREE WIFI internet throughout the hotel is adequate. The FREE continental breakfast is also sufficient. Although after 3 days of my stay, the bananas seemed to stay in one place as they appeared rotten and nobody eats them. My co-worker and I were wondering if the Staff really thought that someone was going to eat black bananas. Similar to other Fairfield's the business center a little computer attached to a printer, sufficient for emergencies. Most business travelers, such s myself, carry personal laptops and seldom use the business centers with todays technology. My biggest 2 issues with the hotel were the lack of physical fitness center. (There is one down the street , free of charge, but time is everything when your on the road and minutes count). Secondly, when I went to the jacuzzi and indoor pool area it appeared dirty. I braved the jacuzzi, and after sitting in it and turning around, I noticed large black rings right were the water lever was (See Photo). So it was apparent that the jacuzzi has not been cleaned in some time. As far as room service goes, it was minimal... change the towels, add coffee and remake bed... don't expect more. I didn't revisit the pool / jacuzzi area again. Nor did I complain. Yuck! Don't forget I have the youTubeChannel ( retiredarmyranger) with room video.

Saturday Evening... Got back to hotel around 5PM.... Hotel was filling up. I was on the third floor and many kids/children running up and down the hall well after 10PM. I asked several times to please stop and in one case the mother or guardian was looking right at me. Then they decided to knock on doors around 11:15PM. But this issue is really more about parenting than the hotels fault. Also, internet was degraded so bad that I could hardly load a google page. or type this review. Starting to rethink the internet is adequate on earlier comment.

Sunday Morning... Left a wakeup call with the night staff the night before... No wake up. Confronted them about the issue in the morning and all they offered was "I don't see it written down, I'm sorry." Duh, Really? Maybe thats why I didn't get the call. This last issue coupled with the other issues left me feeling as if I wouldn't recommend this hotel to colleagues. Thus the rating.

- Kids/Children on weekends
- Dirty Filthy Jacuzzi (See Photo)
- No Sitting Couch or Chair inside room (other than desk)
- Never clean my bathroom once in 6 days / 5 nights... whats the policy?
