“Sure glad that this hotel was selected for me”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

I rolled the dice with PL and this hotel popped up. The front desk clerk was extremely nice upon arrival. The lobby looked virtually new and well appointed. I hadn't eaten dinner prior to arival and it was late (11:30pm). I was planning on walking to Wal-Mart but the clerk suggested that I check out their food pantry located behind the front desk. Great plan! Extremely reasonable prices (cash only) and good selections of frozen dinners and pizzas. I ended up with a good dinner and juice for $5. Oh yeah, fresh baked cookies are complimentary and tasty.

The room was clean and comfortable. A great night's sleep.

Breakfast was served in a large room adjacent to the lobby. There were many hot & cold selections. Most importantly, they had skim milk available behind the counter. Most hotels only have 2% or whole milk. Ewe!

A highly beneficial element of this hotel is that it is only 5-mins east of the airport. The second night of my visit, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which was too far away for a quick departure on Saturday morning.

“Clean, comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good as complimentary breakfasts go, including eaggs, sausage and make-your-own waffles.

“Nice place for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

My husband and I decided to try hotwire and not know what name of hotel we would get. We ended up here and I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect. When we got to the hotel it seemed pretty nice. We checked in right away and decided to take the kids swimming. When we got into the pool, it was so nice and warm! We were pleasantly surprised and loved it. Especially since it didnt have a hot tub. We also were a little dissapointed about the tv channels, it seemed that they didnt have the disney channel or pbs, we just dont really like to let our kids watch cartoon network since it seems a little more violent. But then my husband noticed that the tv skipped over some channels and that if you typed in channel 7, that PBS would come in. We were so thankful! The breakfast was very nice and the staff was wonderful. I would definately stay here again of we could get a cheaper rate.

Room Tip: Has a view of a pond on one side.

“Nice Stop for the Family”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

We stopped here while driving south. It was right off the interstate and very easy to find. The room was clean and had a good assortment of amenities. Good size refrigerator and microwave already in the room. The two queen beds were very comfortable and it was excellent that the beds had four pillows on each.

The indoor pool was great for a December stop and the kids loved it. Breakfast was great and included in the rate. The lady working was super cheerful and very helpful at breakfast. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly.

“Great hotel near I 55”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 December 2011

My family stayed here after booking it on hotwire. The hotel was very clean and well kept. the beds were a true queen size bed. We have found in the past few years that many hotels advertise queen size beds, but are smaller. The beds slept well and the televisions were flat screens mounted on the wall. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was quiet. We did not use the pool, but it looked just as well kept as the rest of the hotel. This hotel is all non smoking. I noticed that the hotel threatens a $250 cleaning fee, should you choose not to follow this policy.
