Mr. Patel was very commodating. His wife always made sure the Contenial Breakfast was restocked. I loved the waffles with fresh bananas and my husband loved the bisquicks and gravy. There was plenty of choices for everyone. Kids loved swimming in the warm pool. The housekeepers were very nice too. I would definitely stay here again. The price was in our budget. Thanks for making our stay great.

rooms were o.k. our sheets very thin , you could see through them. pool was too close to front desk, no food or drinks in the pool area, breakfast was good. front desk clerk had an attitude. liked to have slapped her, kind of a smart alec!! i guess she didnt like her job, went with 2 friends, they wanted to get another hotel after hearing the desk clerks atttitude.

The pics they have on the website must be very old for everything in this place is old & worse than anything the place was filthy. I was put in a smoking room after my BF specified a non-smoking room. Well, I am now writing this from my hospital bed as I get breathing treatments every 4 hours. This morning I attempted to address that fact and the owner lied while looking straight at me. This entire place only has one room with a jacuzzi that didn't even work, so we figured sure they wanted that extra cash to rent that room, which its such a joke. I have a chronic illness and I literally cannot be around smoke. Well, thanks to the foreigners I am now in the hospital due to your low standards. We will never be back.....

A previous reviewer on this site mentioned the lumpy carpet as a result of the covered brass sewer openings. I indeed tripped on one and broke my arm. I called for help and two management people came, an older man and a younger woman, and they helped me up. The young woman also brought an icepack. At first I just thought I had fallen hard and hurt my arm, so I didn't ask for an ambulance. Later on during our trip, I became convinced I had dislocated it, and finally I discovered it's broken, now that I'm home, and I have gotten medical attention.

Without even knowing my arm was broken, we told them they must cut away the carpets from those ssewer caps, and shine them up, like better quality hotels do, but they just nodded and smiled.

No matter what you told them about anything, they blew it off and/or lied. We asked for adult swimming hours and they said that was impossible because no one does that and anyway, they didn't have a sign. We told them the pool was dirty and murky, and they nodded and smiled and nothing happened. We found a letter in our room that said if we weren't getting what we needed, to call the management at a certain number, which turned out to the number of the hotel itself. When we asked to speak to higher management, we were told there wasn't any.

I bet we can find some at Ramada Headquarters.
