My first hint should have been the girl standing outside the front door in her skull and crossbones pj pants smoking! Then there were holes in the screens of some of the windows that we could see when we parked. We went in the back door because it was closer to our room and there were beer bottles on the sidewalk outside the door. The furniture in the room was horribly worn. The sheets looked clean enough...I always pull the covers all the way back to check for nasty things and thankfully I did not find anything. The door stopper on the bathroom door was hanging out of the wall which is not functionally a big deal but it does show the quality of the maintenance! We had prepaid for the room and the only other hotel that was close was the Baymont and it was sold out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Had a few "Santa"obs in Springfield and after a long day found the Ramada. They were wonderful! King bed was comfy, pool was warm and the baby elf loved it. Slept through breakfast but a Cracker Barrel is just across the road. Stay away from the Hen House, bland food, small portions and same price as Cracker Barrel.

The heater in the room had a problem at night (souonded like a bearing) and was fixed before we got back from sight seeing. Had plenty of hot water and clean towels before getting ready for my next job.

Looking forward to staying there next year.

Mr. Patel was very commodating. His wife always made sure the Contenial Breakfast was restocked. I loved the waffles with fresh bananas and my husband loved the bisquicks and gravy. There was plenty of choices for everyone. Kids loved swimming in the warm pool. The housekeepers were very nice too. I would definitely stay here again. The price was in our budget. Thanks for making our stay great.

rooms were o.k. our sheets very thin , you could see through them. pool was too close to front desk, no food or drinks in the pool area, breakfast was good. front desk clerk had an attitude. liked to have slapped her, kind of a smart alec!! i guess she didnt like her job, went with 2 friends, they wanted to get another hotel after hearing the desk clerks atttitude.
