I agree that the operators of this hotel apparently do not value customer satisfaction. We booked this motel 3 weeks in advance and requested 2 ground floor rooms. My mother is in a wheelchair and requires us to take oxygen equipment with us. When we booked the rooms, we were told that was no problem. We could definitely have ground floor rooms. When we got there we were told there were no ground floor rooms available. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot!! We were placed on the second floor and had to get my mother's oxygen equipment into the elevator and then on down to the room. The next morning when we were leaving, we noticed there were only 6 cars in the whole parking lot! I can't imagine that ALL of the ground floor rooms were unavailable!! Sure wish I had read the other reviews BEFORE we booked this motel! I agree, the hallways did smell! There was an ice machine on the second floor, but it didn't work. We had to go back down to the first floor to get ice!! We'll never stay there again!
