If I could give a ZERO rating, I would.
We booked a room at this hotel for one of our clients, but his trip was cancelled last minute. I called SEVERAL MINUTES after 4pm, and the general manager would not BUDGE from the cancellation policy and charged us full price for the room. We have NEVER had this problem with any other hotel chain. We will not be booking with Days Inn anytime soon.
PS: General Manager is so rude. Considering our conversation, I can only imagine how he speaks to his guests.
