Here for a seminar for work. Rooms were clean and easy to get too...Parking was kind of crazy...parking lot seemed really full. Rooms were clean but wireless signal was low. Finally did get online. Beds were comfortable. Kind of pricey.

The staff was very friendly and eager to provide assistance, as needed. They conducted themselves in a professional manner, went beyond their call of duty, showed southern hospitality to make me feel right at home, and exemplified what is required for customer service and satisfaction from check-in to check-out. The suites were nice and bed comfortable with luxury linens. Hotel was in walking distance of area shopping, eateries and putt putt. Very quiet location. I loved the front porch, and felt safe enough to sit out at night alone.

Would defintely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My friend and I were there for just one night. The front desk let us check in early and I'm always happy when a hotel allows for early check-in. The location was fine as it was near a bowling alley and a Mexican restaurant which we walked to in the evening. The room was clean and spacious with high ceilings.

My family recently stayed at this hotel because we were looking for a "suite" at a reasonable price. The hotel was not as nice as the pictures online and it is located in the northeast section of Springfield which we found out is not the nicest area. It was too late after we arrived to change the reservation without paying a penalty. The staff was very nice, but I was unable to find my iPod when we stopped on the way home from the hotel. I have a feeling it was stolen from our room.
In addition, when we woke up our second night there, we found the refrigerator bar area covered in ANTS! We had brought food, which was in boxes and bags, and that was all fine. But anything left on the counter was crawling with ants. We ended up throwing out food , pop, and some candy we had just bought from Pease's candies as a gift. Very disappointing! When I told the front desk, they sprayed but we still found random ants in our room for the rest of our stay. The girl at the check out told us that they have been fighting ants since the building was built! Very appologetic, but they offered nothing to make up for the inconvenience.
