“Not Holiday Inn quality. Very disappointed!”
I had booked this room online through Holiday Inn. I had Priority Points to use and decided this was the closest one to our destination. Upon checking in, the gentleman at the front desk was OK but not very professional. His shirt was untucked and he looked as if he had gotten in an arguement with a vacuum cleaner.......... He did direct us to our room, after I had asked. They put us in a room directly off the elevator with 2 double beds and a bathroom that you could barely turn around in. The room was incredibly small. For a family of four, we were very cramped, not the traditional Holiday Inn that we are use to. Come on Holiday Inn. I have spent over $1400 to get a free room. If this is what you get, I will start with another chain. We were also informed that the hottub was not working, apparently since Jan. (according to another review). We were greatly disappointed in the breakfast. We arrived around 9:20am to find nothing but dirty tables and nothing warm (except the milk), two bagels, two waffles, one 1/2 pot coffee. I wish I would have spent my money and stayed somewhere else. What a disappointment to the Holiday Inn name!
