Requested non-smoking room; we got a smoking room they moved us to another room. This room also had a strong odor that seemed to be covering up a smoke smell. The bathroom sink was cracked. The pool is the smallest pool I've ever seen. There are brown floaties in the whirlpool. There is no fresh fruit with the breakfast that you expect with a Holiday Inn Express. Was very disapppointed.

When you book at the business rate through your corporate discount, this is a decent hotel to stay at that is central to many places in Omaha. Good location to get around for dinner and shopping. Room was decent with a kitchenette ( micro and mini fridge) , desk to work at ( free wifi ) and the bed was very comfortable. Only ran into one friendly outgoing rep at the desk- the rest were all pretty indifferent and didnt care if they spoke to you or continued chatting about their day. I had to make a fuss because I needed a refigerator in my room like listed ( it was mysteriously missing) and the girl asked if it was "necessary" and did not seem to know the rooms were supposed to have them as advertised! But overall a decent stay with clean rooms, breakfast was "ok". Was disappointed there was no shuttle available at this property.

Excellent location and professional atmosphere. Very courtesy staff from front desk to housekeeping. Great morning coffee and breakfast. Unbelievable hot chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

I would agree the hotel is showing its age. Toilet paper placed on a shelf not a holder, no kleenex. Friendly staff. Stayed in a lot better places for the price.
