My family took a little mini vacation and chose this hotel because of its outdoor pool. We were on the second floor and were pleasantly surprised to have a little deck overlooking the pool. The pool didn't close until 10 p.m. and opened again at 10 in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. They even had some hot selections; bacon, eggs, waffles. Thank you Quality Inn!

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night in June, 2011 on a cross-country road trip to look at potential colleges for her. We were in Omaha to visit Creighton University.

Coincidentally, it happened to be the same time as the College World Series, in Omaha. Hotel rooms were very scare and those that were available seemed to have doubled their prices, some in the $225 and up range, which was absurd for the hotel chains involved.

We found this Quality Inn at a decent price, $99 using Price Line. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was in a nice commercial area, so we felt safe there.

The room had 2 queen beds and was non-smoking. It was a little hot in the room when we arrived and the air conditioner did not click on immediately when I turned it "on". After waiting about 10 minutes, I called the front desk and they immediately sent down a lady who was very nice and immediately moved us to another room, where the A/C started up almost right away. Once the A/C started, it cooled the room down and we had no problems.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast was satisfactory.

I give this hotel a solid "B". It was clean, comfortable, in a safe area, with friendly staff, at a reasonable price. Although it is not the Ritz, I would have no hesitation staying here again.

We bought this room on Priceline and have always been happy when bidding and staying at a 3 star hotel. This was rated as a 3 star through priceline, but should only be a 1. I contacted both priceline and Holiday Inn and nothing was done.
First we arrived to a very dark & small lobby. It was also very hot, not sure the air was on. We got to our room down a long dirty hallway. After arriving to our room, the room number was missing.
The bathroom tub had MOLD around it. There was a persons headband left in the room and the sheets were not made all the way. The room was just overall dirty. When looking out our sliding glass door to the pool, weeds were everywhere.
This hotel is not clean and they do not upkeep very well either.
We did not use the pool as planned as I was afraid to with all the dirt and untidiness I saw.

This hotel was a disaster. The room we were given had a bedroom wall covered in mold. (I have pictures.) When we walked into the replacement room, there was someone already sitting at the desk with his baggage unpacked. We had to take two rooms (non-adjoining) for me, my wife, and our kids. After swimming, the kids went to take a shower, only to find they had no shower curtain - It took well over an hour for a curtain to be brought so they could shower. In the meantime, one of the kids came to my room to shower, and discovered a used bar of soap and half-empty shampoo bottle in the shower. Obviously housekeeping hadn't looked in the shower. Our shower curtain was covered in mold, and the wall in my kids (third) bathroom was covered in stains. When they turned on the heater in their room, it stunk like something dead was laying on the coils. This was the last night of a two week vacation, and was without a doubt the worst hotel we stayed in by far. I will be posting negative reviews on every travel website I can find.
