This is a well maintained property. The Hampton Inn lobby coffee is always pretty good (for the USA), the staff are very helpful and bright. The rooms are a decent size. Beds very comfortable. You'll get a great night's sleep.

The location is nowhere near anything except the mall. And there's no pool. If it was in a useful location and had a pool I'd be tempted to give it five stars!

The gym was small, with a few machines, no weights. Nothing extraordinary.

I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that.

This Hampton is very nice, clean. Staff was great. But! getting to it is extremely hard.Because of that we would pick a different Hampton.

This Hampton is across the street from Westroads Mall and is convenient for many businesses on the west side. It is not a newer Hampton. The rooms are nice, the place is adequate for business. The biggest negative I have is the free breakfast is just okay. Every other day they switch off between two egg dishes. One is a nice and tasty omelet
type and the other is a simply awful dry scrambled egg yuk. The other stuff is typical muffins, cereal, basic rolls and a waffle machine. I will continue to stay there for business because it is convenient and the Hilton points are good. Don't have high expectations.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for three nights in March. It was attractive, clean, comfortable, and convenient for shopping and dining. Although there is quite a bit of traffic in the area, my room was quiet. The staff at this property were friendly and helpful. The rates were not overboard and what I expected.
