This is an old warehouse converted into a hotel. The rooms are very nice. High ceilings with exposed brick walls. However, the public rooms are somewhat small. The location is great. Lots to do in the Old Market which is within waling distance. We used the shuttle service also which is nice. We asked if there were any upgrades available and they happily gave us a whirlpool room for no cost.

I mainly stay at Marriott's but this is my first time in the newly upgraded Courtyard. As a business traveler, this place is great! The lobby is so cozy when it is 10 degrees or below outside. Fireplaces, televisions, free wi-fi, bar, food and free shuttle. For the lazy traveler who likes to stay in one place, this is not a bad place to park for a night. The rooms are huge, and the one I stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. It is nice that the windows open, but it would be nice if they had screens. It was very cold outside so not a major problem in the winter time. The only negative is the $8 parking. Don't see why there needs to be a charge for parking when no other hotel in the area charges, to my knowledge. Overall, very good stay and would recommend.

The lobby was very nice to come into. It looked like it had been redone recently. I really liked that they have starbucks coffee in the lobby. It gave my day the right kickstart. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and anticipated any needs that I had. I loved that it was so close to the old market with all the restaurants and activities available. I plan on staying here everytime I come to visit my family and recomend it to everyone who comes to Omaha.

I've stayed here several times. It's convenient to Omaha's Old Market district (shopping, restaurants), to the sports stadia, and the convention center; and the staff is helpful and courteous. Parking in the attached lot is $8/night. The hotel is in a couple of converted old warehouse/trade buildings, and some of the rooms have some odd details to them (like pillars rising up through the middle of them). I've read reviews that have said there was a lot of street noise in the rooms, but I haven't really felt that. A couple of times I've had problems on check-in (most notably, once, a strong cigarette smell in a non-smoking room) and the staff has addressed them quickly with an apology and an upgraded room substitution. This hotel has had the standard Courtyard upgrade (decor, "bistro" w/Starbucks, etc.).
