Got stranded in Omaha due to a snowstorm. Only had five hours to sleep. The clerk knew this. Upon check-in (the hotel did not appear to be full) we were assigned two rooms next door to each other. After we checked in another couple checked in and were placed in the room directly above ours. I could not believe the noise that came from the room above us. Pacing/walking back and forth all night. We did not get one wink of sleep. The hotel must have zero soundproofing between its floors, because the noise was attrocious. I stay in hotels all the time. I can honestly say that this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Would not stay here again, under any circumstances.
