I began staying in this hotel when I'm in Omaha about 2 years ago, and have stayed here probably 15 - 20 times now. It's nothing fancy, but consistently offers a good value.
The hotel itself is an old building, but the rooms have been upgraded for the most part. New comforters, pillows, leather recliner, etc. Other parts of the hotel are continuing to go through upgrades, including the pool area.
Located on 72nd street about a mile north of I-80, the Quality Inn is centrally located and has easy access. Also, the building is one of the safest I've stayed at as all doors to internal hallways, including the one from the lobby, require a key card. Pretty good little fitness room, plenty of vending machines, and a great restaurant (the Shark Club).
Also has high-speed internet free, in-room coffee and iron / ironing board which are all essential for business travel.
