I stayed here on a vacation with my family and Everyone else enjoyed the room but me, I smelled cigarrette smoke and urine smell on the fold away couch and the room was ok but the lever to adjust the temperature when you moved it it came out. And the pool rules sayed that you can't have any horseplay but there were kids breaking the rules. So we went up to the front desk and it seemed like eternity for someone to come in and take care of the kids.

And then after that the same kids came up to window and started smooching the glass to the pool. And then one day the door on the one side to exit the pool was open, what were people thinking you could have let a perverted guy or girl in.

Don't stay here even if it's the only choice during the world series.

I booked this hotel due to good reviews on expedia.com and the good rate. However, it was a disappointment. I have a family of 5, 3 children, and found the hotel to be in terrible condition and needing a lot of maintenance. It used to be a Clarion, but it is now privately owned and it shows. The breakfast was served in a closed, dark restaurant and consisted of stale, hard bread items. There was black mold in the shower of our room. There were cigarette burns in the comforter on the bed of our non-smoking room. The indoor pool worked, but the hot tub did not. The "workout room" was a small room with 2 of 3 machines broken. The 3rd barely worked - had broken buttons and a slippery track. The hotel manager kept smoking right outside our entrance and we had to walk through it to get in and out. The clientele is a mix of your average middle-class person and somewhat scary ones. It is in a nice neighborhood, but if it were downtown or elsewhere in Omaha, it would be seedy and even scarier. Good access to interstate, but that's about it.

I stayed there the night of October 17th, 2011 and woke up the next morning to find my car window smashed and all of my suitcases gone.

I parked about 50 feet from the front door, just around the corner by a side entrance.

The only thing the front desk offered was the number for the Police Dept. It was raining and they didn't even have a spare trash bag to give me to cover the broken window. When I asked for a piece of paper to write a witness statement, they tore off half a page.

They didn't have any surveilance cameras which would have helped a lot.

As someone else stated, the breakfast is horrible and exactly as they described.

I will never stay in Omaha again and will in fact avoid Nebraska altogether.

This hotel has seen better days, but for $44.00 a night, it works. The hotel needs a good cleaning, and a remodel, but I have seen worse. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, rust on the chrome parts of the tub, and the blanket on the bed had holes in it. The public areas of the hotel look grubby, but the room we had was clean and the linens and towels were fresh. Everything worked in the room and as a "place to sleep," it worked just fine.
