Great hotel for the family and business. Friendly employees, great workout room and pool. I recommend staying here for any reason.

Great hotel. Stayed there in January. Staff was very nice and provided excellent service. Room was spacious (as most Emb Suites). Location is right across the street from numerous shops and restaurants - perfect location. Fitness center had new equipment and a lot of free weights. With the complimentary breakfast and manager specials - hard to beat this hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location with so much to do in walking distance. I went for business, but when I got home informed my family that we will be taking a trip very soon to Omaha and staying at Embassy Suites. The entire staff was friendly and just wonderful.

This is by far the best hotel in Downtown Omaha! All of the staff members are awesome, and will do anything for you, at any hour of the day! (I work at a hotel front desk, so I know what it can be like sometimes!) I have stayed here twice before; once in October 2011 while flying to Denver, and again in early January 2012. The reason for the stay in January was a death in the family, and I had to book the night before. The staff was very nice and caring, and even offered their sincere apologies when I checked in... and I hadn't told the front desk person why I was there -- they must have put something in the comments section of my profile. It was a nice touch to an awful day. I will, again, be staying here next week on February 6th, because they have won my heart for hotels in Omaha! Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work -- you have just earned a customer for life!
