“HOrrible Hotel and Obnoxious Management!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 January 2012

When I went into the hotel room it was freezing....probably forty degrees. The water wouldnt even get warm enough to make a bottle. I called ahead to make sure the pool was working fine and was told it was. When I went to the pool the water was ice cold. Also, the hot tub had ice cold water shooting into it. I went and complained 7 times and all theyd say is it would be warm in an hour. Then the front desk guy lied to me about the managers hours. I went back to the room and the toilet broke. Then it took 20 minutes for the tub to drain. The beds were nasty and didnt even have the fitted sheets on them. I spent 3 days trying to reach a manager about all this and when I finally did the manager had the nerve to accuse me of lying about the pool being ice cold. Then he promised several times to call me back but NEVER did. I will never stay at this craphole hotel again!

“I've seen worse...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 December 2011

Price was cheap and I wasn't paying the bill, so it was "okay." Had to stay for two nights due to vehicle mechanical problems and realized that when I wasn't in the room the door did not/would not lock on the second day. The pool & hot-tub looked clean, but I didn't use them. I didn't have the continental breakfast and I opted for Kum & Go coffee that was just a few blocks away. Location was convenient but is tucked away in an industrial area so it is tricky to find without an address and/or GPS. Seriously, I have seen much worse. If I were making reservations this wouldn't be my choice of hotels, but under the circumstances it was okay. I think the rate was pretty cheap and the person paying the bill was most concerned with budget.

“its all right”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 November 2011

i stayed there last wknd, the room was small, the bathroom was small too, the only good thing was that i got a good sleep. the breakfast area was small too, but no hot food, only cereal, waffles, bread...... the only bad thing about it, is that i found a cockroach by the wall, I took down to the front desk and they didnt do or say anything about it, not even a "sorry"..... personally i dont think i would stay there again......

Room Tip: top floor seem to be quitter

“Not even worth the price...”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2011

Pro:
- cheap
- Um, that's it.

Con:
- Walls are paper thin
- Floors are even thinner than the walls
- Smelled funny
- Breakfast lasted from 8 to 9 only, there was a waffle maker, and that was it! Two pieces of old bread, some cereal with no milk, and the OJ machine had a permanent "out-of-order" tag on it. We skipped their "breakfast"and hit the Village Inn! Yum
- Shower did not drain correctly
- hot tub was dirty - and no jets, just bubbles
- no towels for hot tub or pool
- floors had not been vacuumed since Carter left office
- very, very noisy from hall, rooms above, rooms to the side, crazy plumbing noises, and highway

We booked because it was cheap and the pictures looked nice - we were duped. There is absolutely no reason to ever, ever stay at this hotel. There were others cheaper that HAD to be better.

Safe travels!

Room Tip: Try getting one across the street at a different hotel

“Horrible hotel!!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

Smelled of smoke right when we walked in. Had a terrible time trying to understand the guy working, and the other employees were yelling down the hall at each other...check-in took extremely too much time....window a/c was loud and took quite a while to cool the room down-- we left had supper went shopping and the room was still warm. Room was also musty smelling. Pool was disgusting...looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months...yuck....Not worth the $$ saved...by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! I would find another place to stay, if I were you!!! I would rate this hotel a big ZERO!!!!
