I stayed one night on a business trip. I had a room right over the lobby, 211, with a parking lot light shining in all night. It was very noisy in the early morning. It faced the freeway which was also noisy with lots of semi traffic. The front desk clerks performed their duties without any enthusiasm or warmth. The bed was okay but the pillows are small. It was impossible to control the heat in the room. I kept getting up to turn it off when it got hot and back on when it cooled off. The window unit was loud and annoying. The breakfast room and choices are very nice.
I would stay again but would ask for a room away from front of building.

Even though they were not full (by a long shot) they put me into a handicapped accessible room (Room 118); I didn't request this, and it did mean that had any handicapped people needed the room it would have been unavailable.
Much worse is that the wall immediately next to the shower had wallpaper peeling off for about 2 feet by 8 inches... and this wall surface was COVERED in green and black mold.

Other areas near the shower were starting to show wallpaper peeling back.

When I told the front desk the girl just said "Oh I will get maintenance to take a look at it"...

I strongly suggest you try another airport hotel. My assistant has been told to never book me into any Country Inn again.

I have attempted to stay at Country Inn & Suites as much as possible. They have all the amenities. The rooms are nice size and the beds are comfortable. I usually get a handicap room and they are excellent. This particular hotel met all my expectations including a good breakfast and all the little extras this brand in known for. I was pleased to see an airport shuttle beginning at 4:00 AM - not that I needed a lift that early but they strive to meet the needs of the business visitor.

This a clean hotel with a great indoor pool and free "get by" breakfast in a great location for the airport as well as entertainment. The hotel provided free shuttle transportation to local entertainment as well as the airport. There is a diner on the parking lot but the shuttle can take you to some of the best restaurants and entertainment in the area. An assumption I have made about folks from this area are that they are all friendly and eager to make a customer happy. The Nebraska-Iowa area is truly the "Real America" that unfortunately the entire country is NOT like.
