Wonderful hotel, from the friendly great service you get checking in to the wonderful rooms. No matter what type of room you get the high standard of cleaniness is in everyone. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are user friendly for your needs if its wanting to work and watch tv. Great friendly staff that always makes you feel like your at home.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of a hunting trip to South Dakota. The hotel is serviceable, was clean and maintained. Most of the hotel is plain, however ownership appears to believe that a (pretty hokey) castle / Renaissance theme is a marketing plus. They offer multiple themed rooms, so if that's your thing - go for it.

The breakfast was again, serviceable, not memorable, and the room is poorly laid out, such that you'll be walking to assemble all the things you need (spoons and forks on one side of the room, knives on the other... REALLY!).

Staff was nice, helpful and freindly. I would (and likely will) stay here again, not because it is great, but it suits my needs, which was to get a good nights sleep and get out on the road.

The hotel is very hard to get to and not marked well at all. Don't try calling and asking the staff how to get there, they don't know either. Really this is an Omaha issue! It seems their roads change daily. :) The staff was not helpful at all. In fact they were rude. We were on the first floor near the pool. The pool posted hours were plain in sight. All night, young kids and adults were running up and down the hall, yelling and screaming and swimming. I call ed the front desk three times, well after pool closing hours, and they told me I could leave if I did not like it! They did not care if we were unhappy. It seems as if they were catering to a larger group! This is fine, but they should have let us know when we made the reservations, months in advance, and or the night we checked in! The beds are very old and not comfy! If you have back issues, beware. Overall, the rooms are large, well appointed and clean. If you are looking for a place to reat and sleep, you might pass this one by!

It was a little hard to find, but once we said something while we were checking in, they gave us maps with directions to every where we wanted to go. They also gave us their number just in case we got lost. We asked for a good local restaurant to have dinner and they suggested La Masa! It was wonderful! Their rooms had nice decor, and unlike many of the other rooms were clean and everything worked great! We had a King suit with a fold out couch. The King bed was very comfortable with new fluffy pillows. The fold out bed was comfortable, when we called to get extra pillows they were to our room in less than five min. We also called to get extra soap and shampoo and they brought handfuls of each.

Their breakfast was awesome! Yes there are only two waffle makers but they both worked great. They also offered juice fruit cereal bagels toast doughnuts muffins and other pastries. The staff working in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. My husband is allergic to certain fruits and was very helpful to tell us what was all in it.

The pool and hot tub area could have been updated a bit more, but it was very relaxing. The kids had fun swimming and the adults enjoyed the hot tub!
