My husband and I were in town just for overnight and stopped in for the evening. We had stayed in this hotel a couple times before and had had good experiences. However this time was not the case. The bottom sheet had a LARGE brownish stain, strategically place at the bottom of the bed. There was dried BBQ sauce or something of that nature on the TV stand and there was something dried to the side of the TV. There was something all over the wall just behind the door. The bed was as hard as a rock..literally and there were 3 pancake flat pillows on a KING bed. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel EVER AGAIN!! If you are looking for a good night sleep looks elsewhere!

There was not one redeeming quality about this hotel. All the hallways and stairways smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The room was very musty smelling when we first arrived. The a/c made a horrible noise. There were not enough pillows on the bed. The TV remote needed batteries. There was a nasty stain on the side of the TV - it looked like something had sprayed all over it and was never cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom drawers and hairdryer. The wifi was horribly slow in the room. The top plug on the wall by the a/c did not work. The room was small and there was no closet or luggage stand. There was only 1 extra chair in the room even though the table was big enough for 2 and we had 2 people in the room. The pool area had several lights out.The ice bucket was not emptied when the room was cleaned (if it was cleaned) and paper coffee cups were not thrown away. In the future we read trip advisers in advance. The only reason we stayed was we had used airline miles to book the room and it is impossible to get those refunded. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Here's a run down that will make you keep running from this hotel:

Upper outlet on the wall by the window doesn't work
AC squeals
TV remote needs a battery
The tv looks like someone spilled something on it and didn't clean it
Stray hairs in the bathroom, drawers, blow dryer, etc
Business center doesn't have a printer??
No protein at breakfast but I wouldn't eat there anyway - it's too dirty
Pillows are flat - and scarce
When they cleaned our room they didn't empty the ice bucket or throw away old coffee cups
All the Hallways and staircases smell of cigarettes.
Room smelled bad when we got there.
4 or 5 lights in the indoor swimming area were out.

I would NEVER stay here again. We wouldn't have stayed but we used airline miles and it's impossible to get those refunded - which is another rant for another time.

The rooms smelled horrible. We asked for a new room and when we got in it smelled fine but was hot so we turned on the air conditioner and left, then came back and it smelled as bad as the first one. I would never recommend staying here to anyone!
