My stay was from Sept 22 to the 27. The reservation said I would be provided HBO and WiFi (The WiFi being very important since I did have work I wanted to complete). The second night HBO was not working. I went to the night clerk and she told me the satilite would be adjusted in the morning. When it was still not working I spoke to the day clerk, it seems they don't have satilite, but cable. She arranged to have a signal sent and the problem was resolved in moments (I HATE BEING LIED TO). Four of the six days I stayed HBO was not working.

The WiFi was slow from the beginning. I spoke to the front desk and they gave me am 800 number to call. I was told nothing was wrong. I also contacted the manufacturer of my lap top and the software provided. They could find nothing wrong with my equipment.

I continued calling the 800 number and was ultimately told the problem was beyond the level the tech could resolve and he would send it to a higher level tech to resolve. He explained it should be resolved in 30 to 45 minutes. Apparently the higher level tech didn't get the message until Monday morning. I wasted time waiting for a problem to be resolved that could have been spent with friends and family based on promises made the issue would be soon resolved. At every turn it seemed I was not being dealt with honestly.

The room was generally clean excluding the hair I found in the shower. There's no benefit for the customer going green and not requiring daily sheet an towel changes even though it saves the motel costs.

The probability of my staying at any Super 8 Motel is unlikely simply based on this bad experience.

The hotel is rather nice and definitely clean. Our only complaint is the girl working the desk Saturday morning needs some pointers on her professionalism and the proper way to speak to people in the hospitality industry. I requested toilet paper directly from the desk and she stated it was not her job to get me a roll and said she would get housekeeping to do it. I could see if you was busy but she was standing around having an inappropriate non work related conversation on her cell phone. (Lets just say I'm glad my children did not over hear her conversation).

Got into room and wasn't as posted online style wise. Then the nasty blankets with stains and holes. Ive been itching since I got in here and figure I'll have to get meds for removal of bed lice! Man this has been awesome!!

Can't expect much for what you pay, but the desk attendant displayed reluctance to provide an additional coffee for the single serve coffee maker in room. Told us there was coffee available in the lobby. If I wanted to drag my early morning dazzle to the lobby prior to dressing and having my coffee, I'd never asked. It was coffee, not his first born son. We DO NOT present ourselves to breakfast in pajamas, barefoot and unwashed like some patrons. He just set a bad mood and after working 15 hours this day, it was not appreciated. There was no vanity space in the bathroom and the reclined was filthy.
