This hotel is poorly run. Front staff can't explain how to connect to the "free" Wi-Fi. Leaves the front desk unattended with several people waiting in line. Wall outlet in the hall across from our room was black from sparks and had black streaks up the wall around the outlet. The hallway to the breakfast area during breakfast was jammed with all the cleaning carts and bottles of cleaner were all over the hallway because the pump in the room was leaking everywhere. Another guest that had been there for a couple of days said it had been like this since they had checked in. We had one towel in our room. Beds are awful......time for a new game plan people!

Nice comfy rooms, excellent staff (especially the day shift front desk attendant), and great contiental breakfast.

Kelly, Nakisha (sp? –sorry) and Georgia were absolutely the best. They were amazingly helpful, pleasant, and always had a smile. We had 2 standard rooms and 1 suite, all were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit to the zoo and the wedding and reception we were attending downtown. Breakfast exceeded expectations, lots of variety. Coffee all day and cookies in the afternoon were a nice treat. Our children enjoyed the pool, even thought it is a bit small. The fitness room was a nice to have since my daughter is training for cross country. We did receive a complaint that our kids were being too loud, however the hotel staff was very professional and handled it well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Just wanted to give my opinion since i did read these reviews before selecting this hotel....first off the person i made my reservations with several weeks before our trip gave me false information regarding their zoo package. it only includes the zoo dollars, NOT admission tickets. that was my deciding factor and was disappointed to find out that i could have selected another hotel that offers a similar package. such as: Doubletree Downtown, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown, Best Western Kelly Inn, Regency Lodge...(I was told by the front desk clerk that there were no other hotels that offered a zoo package!) I would have definitely paid another $20 for a hotel that offfered a CLEAN, decent size pool and less of the sarcastic remarks from the staff. The pool was so cloudy and full of hair that it almost looked like the swamp water at the zoo. We couldnt even get an extra towel without them heckeling us about what we did with the towels we already had. C'mon people nobody wants to "steal" your towels! Breakfast was ok, the 1st morning was very crowded but they did have everything filled...the 2nd morning was less crowded but the eggs were gone, no breakfast meat, no yogurt, no fruit. Overall, not much nicer than a Motel 6 but if you are on a strict budget and are planning a trip to the zoo, it is "do-able". Oh yeah..not the best area in Omaha, but is close to the zoo. If we ever come back we definitely will be staying at the Hampton or Fairfield Inn.
