The lady who checked me in was a little intrusive when it came to my personal information. More effort could definitely have been put in to the cleanliness of the room. On a positive note, breakfast was good; there was a vast selection of food. Unfortunately, the eating area was quite cramped. Wouldn't stay here again.

great downtown location near museum,comfortable and clean suites with 2 double beds and a seperate tv room with sofabed-very convenient if u r sharing the room with youngsters as they have their own space.very good hot breakfast spread.
only negative is dont rely on the shuttle to get picked up from the train station or to get to n from airport.it does not keep good timings so just call for a cab.
i would def stay here again

The hotel has free wireless that worked fine, free hot breakfast starting at 6 in the morning, a free newspaper, hot tub, pool and exercise room. They also have coffee in the room, microwave, refridgerator and toiletries. The rooms are suites and are huge. I used the air conditioning in June. They have a free shuttle from the airport but it does only seem to be once an hour. The pool was very shallow. The whole hotel is smoke free. I would stay here again.

This hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and railroad depot. They also have free internet and a great hot breakfast. The two room suites are a nice set up for a comfortable stay. The location is good even though there is not much curbside appeal. I find that standard for most of the downtown Anchorage hotels. It's proximity to the Museum is convenient to access a free shuttle between downtown, the museum and the native heritage center. There is a small lobby and friendly staff.
