I chose this property based on price and availability . It turned out to be very basic accomodations as long as you are a tolerant person. The room was designated as non smoking but a tobacco scent was obvious. The bathroom was clean and the walls appeared to be painted recently. The rug was old, stained, needed restretching and was not vacuumed very well. The hallway rug was in much better shape.Fortunately the air conditioner worked. The sheets were clean but paper thin and the bed spread had a nickel sized hole in it. Although there was a vent in the bathroom, no fan was hooked up to it and one day when we had the window open, the smell of cigarette smoke from an ajacent smoking permitted room was sucked in as was some of the sounds from an ajacent room. Security was minimal by having to swipe your room key at a door at the end of the hallway and your room door. No cameras were evident either in the hallways, elevator or outside lot. The outside grounds were unkept with weeds overpowering the flower beds around the building. The free breakfast was better than most but the quality was not great. Powdered eggs, sausage, french toast, fruits and cerals. For a business person on a budget it would be adequate, but I don't feel it would be good for a family. It is located on Muldoon in a section predominately having businesses and not a place for a casual stroll. I'll find something different the next trip to Anchorage.
