Very comfortable , spacious basement rooms with all the amenities you could ask for. Felt right at home immediately. Enjoyed the Coastal trial which is only a few blocks from the house. Sherrie is a gracious hostess and breakfast was wonderful. Do be aware that there are pets living in the house so those with allergies my want to look else where.

Very kind host and hostess in suburban house in Anchorage. 3 nice dogs and one cat on property were well behaved. Suite in basement was very comfortable, had large screen TV, books, good lighting, nice bathroom with great shower. Gardens were glorious.

Hospitality and insightful conversations in a lovely house and location. Sherry knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! There are friendly pets here, and peaceful gardens. Sherry loaned us the use of bikes. We vote this the best breakfast on our journey.

Sherri's place was a little jewel for us. It is located a few mins. from the airport and since we were waiting for family to arrive, it was very convenient! We stayed in the downstairs Backpacker's suite which is like having your own little apartment. The beds are comfy, it is very clean, and yes TA people were right, Sherri's breakfasts are great! She made us eggs and reindeer (caribou) sausage. She is friendly and knowlegeable about the area. Bikes are available altho my husband and I walked to Earthquake Park (about 30-60 mins. ea. way). Backpacker's suite has 2 beds - 1 queen & 1 dble (in separate room), and a couch, tv, and private bath. It is a wonderful and affordable!!!
