Perfect location. The rooms were with a seperate livingroom and kichen, very spacious. Perfect for a stay longer than 1 night!!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Anchorage Grand Hotel!
I loved the layout (sepertae bedroom, living room, kitchen) it's not your usual hotel room, SO much more spacious!!! it was nice not to be cramped like usual.
The front desk staff was really nice, and they even made fresh cookies!
Everything was clean, and the location was good.
I was very tempted to steal the blanket from the bedroom, it was sooooooo cozy!

We were pleasantly surpised to find that this hotel was like a small apartment. It was very clean, fresh, convenient. Loved the location - very close to the train and to downtown Anchorage. We arrived at midnight and we were warmly welcomed by the staff even at that late hour. We would choose it again.

We were getting off the late train from Seward and had chosen the Anchorage Grand for an overnight stop. It's well within walking distance from the train station (or a $4 taxi ride). The room we had wasn't fancy, but it was clean, and had a full kitchen with plenty of space. Road noise was a bit louder than we're used to, and breakfast was pretty simple (bagels, juice, granola bars, etc., delivered to your door early in the morning), but it was sufficient for our needs.
