Rooms are excellent for family as they have a separate bedroom that allowed parents to have a separate sleep schedule from kids if needed. Room and hotel was very clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Kids loved indoor pool. Very good location. Will definitely plan on staying there again on our next trip to Anchorage.

Only minor complaint was that room service leftovers were not picked up from hallway in a very timely fashion. Would have also been nice to have vehicle plug-ins to ease the cold weather starting.

Bottom line: Great place at a fair price and you'd have a hard time beating it elsewhere.

The hotel provided a quient comfortable room that was spotless for my short stay over Christmas. While I like independent hotels this chain seems to be a cut above most.

Searching for a hotel with a pool for my daughter's birthday sleepover I came across Embassy Suites. I had read a few of Trip Advisor's reviews and decided to book the mini suite. I am so glad I did!! For one, the hotel is absolutely beautifully decorated. The rock, tile, and wood accents is warm and inviting. My husband and I relaxed in the lounge, enjoying the hotel's complimentary reception they offer every evening while the kids played in the pool. The staff is very professional and helpful going above and beyond their duties to make certain our needs were met whether it be opening up our room early so I could decorate for my daughter's birthday to the roll-away bed which came in handy for our extra room guest. The rooms are quiet, clean and very comfortable! We will not hesitate to come back to this wonderful place!!
