I was traveling with 9 people and we needed a place to stay the night in Anchorage. A Friends Place fit the bill perfectly. We didn't need huge rooms or a stunning ocean view ...we just needed comfortable beds and a simple breakfast. We needed a friend to crash with in Anchorage, and that is what Pamela became! This B&B is so well named. It's a house in a quiet neighborhood that will be a great launching pad for your stay in Anchorage. Pamela treated our large group so well and met our every need...she even told us where to drive to see moose around town, and we did!
The biggest room has bunkbeds and a regular bed and works well for a family. The other two rooms are smaller, but work just fine for couples or one person. There are good continental breakfast items available in the morning.
Keep in mind this is like staying with a good friend and you'll be really happy with this new B&B in a great American city.
