This is a very authentic smaller bed and breakfast that is very much like being at home. The rooms are all a good size and decorated with antiques and filled with light. Linda, who owns the house is very gracious and kind, and does her best to make her guests fill as comfortable as possible.
The location of this bed and breakfast is wonderful just off the main thoroughfare of the electric Broadway shopping area. There is a great Mexican (all you can eat) restaurant not far called Cocina, where I could fill up on fresh salad and the most delicious dessert - all included in the dinner price of $12.95. And a movie theatre just beside. Lots of amazing coffee houses and a short walk to Volunteer Park, where there is a beautiful free conservatory. My husband and I walk all day, through the beauty of the Capitol Hill district gazing at the gorgeous flowers, trees and amazing architecture, and walk to Pike's Place where I recommend mingling and supporting the local food artisans. Delicious chocolate covered cherries, only availabe at Pike's. Roasted hazelnuts right from the farmer, and seeing the colors and sights is a foodies paradise.
I just love Seattle, and was very happy being with our choice of our bed and breakfast. I will come back... thank you ! Fiona and Rami
