“Best by a long shot”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

We've stayed at many B&B's all over the world and agree that 3 tree point was the absolute best. The cottage is marvelous and unique with not only a view of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier, but an exceptional at-home feel. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need.
We especially liked the do it yourself breakfast with many choices. Fresh baked goods, fresh squeezed OJ and everything from eggs to yogurt. Great hiking trails, hot tub, wireless and the list goes on and on. The innkeeper, Penny is a sweetheart whose personal touch is visible throughout the cottage and our 5 day stay.

“Perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 November 2011

It must be great to stay in the cottage during the summer but it is also great in the winter because it feels so cosy. Its lovely to sit in front of the warm fire and look out at the glorious views. The cottage has everything one could possibly want. The owners spare no effort to make sure their guests are comfortable. The frig is generously stocked. I highly recommend

“Amazing views, perfect touches everywhere... Paradise in the clouds!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2011 via mobile

We stayed in the cottage, and it was simply wonderful. A beautiful, private, separate building with panoramic picture windows overlooking the Puget Sound and Mount Rainier. Elegantly but simply appointed cottage with so many nice touches. Cozy chairs to relax in while you enjoy the spectacular views, the warm fire, and the built in sound system playing music from your iPhone/iPod. Each day you can meander your way down a narrow footpath to a small stretch of beach to get close to the water. Or explore nearby Seahurst Park. The hot tub with similar views was so nice. We fell in love with this place and are already longing for the next chance to return.

“The View!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 July 2011

I booked the cottage as a last minute decision and so glad I did. I had been looking for a decent B&B and they were all booked, including this one. I called Penny and she just happened to have an opening. We took it. The day we arrived it was cloudy as was the day we left. Thankfully we had just travelled from the east and went to bed at around 6pm. We woke up early and was able to see the sun shining on the Olympic mountains...what a treat. We were able to see just a small part of Mt. Rainier. We'll just have to take their word for it that it is there! The big picture on the mantel is proof that is.

What a beautiful view of the Puget Sound as well, out of every window.

Breakfast was scrumptous. Fully stocked fridge in which you make your own goodies. We just about ate it all. Very good healthy choices. We loved and hate to leave.
We would definitely stay here again!

“Convenient airport location that feels completely remote”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 December 2010

Three Tree Point is a great location near the airport, but on a peninsula of sorts that makes for a really nice setting. I stayed in the cottage, which was private, huge and well appointed. This is a "prepare your own" breakfast place, which was perfect for my rushed schedule. The fridge was stocked with all of the necessities for breakfast, even a snack or two. Overall the cottage is a very private and comfortable place to stay.
