We were expecting to sleep in the same bed they have at the DoubleTree hotels, a sweet dreams bed. But these hotels that are called DoubleTree Suites, have hard beds. This hotel is older and has an open area in the middle that loudly amplifies all the noise coming from the bar below, so when you are trying to sleep at 11PM on a Friday night, you will hear all the noise. The first room they gave us had a ball of human hair on the couch, they gladly changed our rooms, but when they did, our next room did not have complimentary bottled water and the TV remote was broken. I never have a problem when I stay at the DoubleTree at S.F. Airport, but this was not the same. Also, the business center is widely used by local kids who are not even staying at the hotel ( I know this because their mother came in and told them they had to drive home now), so you have to wait for the hoodlums to stop using their facebook so that you, a paying customer, can actually print a business form.
Room Tip: Stay at the airport DooubleTree instead
