When we first pulled up and I saw how close we were to the hospital, all I could think of was, "Oh, no." I am a very poor hotel sleeper and all I could think about was how tired I was and how much I needed to be able to sleep. BUT, this hotel was like an oasis in the middle of an urban area. My family and I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I think this one is excellent. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and they really took care of us. Additionally, the restaurant, "Cayenne," was pretty darn good and the wait staff treated us so well that we ate there a lot. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely stay there again should we make it to Seattle again. Make sure to get the top floor -- maybe that helped our situation. Also, for the kids, there's a really nice pool to unwind after a loooonnnnngggggg day of walking. Oh, and before I forget, they have a free shuttle with the nicest drivers -- truly, it was a great deal, and if we knew then what we know now, we would not have rented a car -- we never used it except to get from the airport and then to the airport. A huge waste of money!
