I stayed one week in this beautiful facility while attending a leadership course at the hotel. The suite on the 9th floor over looking the Space Needle was stunning! All encounters with the front desk team were positive and I think the conference room was well prepared for our session each day. There was one male server that worked the later supper shift in the restaurant who consistently went above and beyond to help make my stay pleasant. I believe he remembered orders from one night to the next, he was personable and he did what he could to make things perfect for me! :) He is definitely an asset to the Marriott team. (Young, dark hair, slim build...I wish I remembered his name.). I recommend this hotel. To receive a five star rating I think: the front desk could work on organization (There was confusion about when our group members were checking out and receipts were slid under our doors after our session leader asked twice that this not happen). Also I would encourage the restaurant to work the quality and healthiness of their menu.

Room tip: The 9th floor was awesome, I think!

This is such a helpful review, I really appreciate you going above and beyond to give us detailed feedback after your stay! I'll be sure to pass your compliments along to the staff (think I know who you have in mind) and make use of your comments about the front desk staff. I'd love to have you back the next time you're in town -- I know we can put your comments to work to earn a five-star rating. Safe travels home!

All the best,
Frank F., General Manager

We stayed at the Springhill Suites for a weekend trip to Seattle to see the city and go to a Seahawks' game. The hotel was very clean, spacious and had some great perks - great free breakfast option, coffee/drinks available throughout the hotel, nice lobby.
The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The front desk attendant suggested we hire a car to drive us to the game vs a taxi as the price would be comparable for 4 of us, plus it was a nicer ride and we'd be able to book the time. He was completely on the money! Our car arrived on time, was very clean and we got to the stadium in terrific time.
The hotel is easily walkable to downtown and Pike's Place. We also walked over to the Space Needle in about 15 minutes.
Great spot!

Room tip: If you stay on the 10th floor, there is an additional breakfast option right on your floor!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! It sounds like the game was a real treat, and I'm happy we could be a part of your trip. We're all Seahawks fans too, so I'll be sure to show your review to the staff and let them know you got to the game with plenty of time. Hope to see you back for another game!

Recently stayed here while traveling on business. Decent location just off the freeway with minimal highway noise. Convenient to many areas of Seattle. Rooms are spacey and lobby is nice. Service was as desired so if looking for a quality stay in a quality location this is a good option.

And that's saying quite a bit - I'm a frequent business traveler. We stayed for the weekend to visit family in Seattle. The location is great - very close to I-5, the rooms are all suites with a kitchenette, he rates are incredibly reasonable, the included breakfast is really good (a very pleasant surprise). That would be enough for me to recommend it to anyone but the service is what compelled me to write the review. Of course, everything didn't go perfectly (what trip is without a few challenges) but every interaction I had with the staff from the valet to the front desk to the breakfast attendants "surprised and delighted" me (to borrow a phrase from a former employer). Every person went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one and to fix any small issues that arose. Already planned my next trip back. Can't recommend it highly enough!

We just spent 3 nights here as we were attending The Oprah Weekend. Everything about the hotel is great, staff, amenities, rooms, etc except for the noise. Had to change rooms after first night because our request was not granted. We had stayed here before and asked not to be in the highway side. They gave us a room close to the highway and right across from the elevator. We asked to change and the front desk indicated that there were no rooms available and all of the guests had checked in. Funny thing was, a couple of hours later we walked past the Front Desk and there were people checking in. I felt like I had been lied to.. The next day we were moved rooms, farther away from the elevator and highway. Outside noise was better but our neighbors beside us awoke around 4:30am and we could hear them through the walls so well it sounded like they were in our room.
The breakfast is great, the shuttle is convenient and the room was spacious but would I stay again or suggest to friends... No... Sorry....

It's so disappointing to see noise was an issue for you while you stayed with us, as this isn't an issue for most of our guests. I'm sorry if this put a damper on your trip, and I wish I had another opportunity to make this right for you. You're right, if you make a request about a room, it should be granted in a timely manner. I'm saddened to see this didn't come through for you and can only hope you'd be willing to give us another chance.

All the best,
Frank F., General Manager
