I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Seattle. I was traveling alone so I was happy to be among people for a change. I took the room in 107 which was an attic style room. It was amazing!!!
I had a wonderful time in a Seattle style house rather than a hotel. The charm of this place, you really can't buy. It is lovely to relax in the morning or afternoon in the lounge areas, just walking around the house was fun, it was just so pretty! Or relaxing by the pool, talking to people in there was also nice.
Had a shared bathroom with another room, not once did we run into each other so it was like my own.
Wifi was exceptional and the room was just so cozy!!!
Bennett, you are what no hotel has...personality and charm and passion for Seattle! I really enjoyed speaking with you and talking about what Seattle has to offer. I had an idea of the things I wanted to see, but after speaking with Bennett he gave me other places to see around the area like Volunteer park, and the water tower with the view of the Space Needle.
The inn is in close walking distance to Seattle downtown, you can take the bus but I chose to walk a lot to keep fit and take the neighbourhood in. You can't get that in a car or bus.
There are restaurants, supermarkets, starbucks all a few blocks up from the Inn so you have plenty to chose from if you want to stick close by. At night I liked to sit on balcony and look at the buildings all lit up...you could even just see the top of the Space Needle lit up if you are tall enough or have a chair to stand on to see past the house behind.
Basically here, you are staying in Seattle, but you have the added bonus of a residential feel as well. I really felt like I was in an episode of Grey's Anatomy...and I loved it!
See you when I am back on the west coast of the states Bennett, will definitely be staying here again!!! You are amazing!!!
