I was recently stuck in Seattle during their recent snow/ice storm. I had been schedualed to stay there. However one night turned in to three. Alaska Air, booked and cancelled 7 flights for me.The last night I was suppossed to leave at 5:45 which was delayed until 8:20. then cancelled. Without a reservation. I went back to the Radisssion to see what I could do. Of course they as well as all the other surrounding hotels we sold out. The very clever girl at the fron dest found me a "out of service" room. The TV didn't work..They were most help from a late check out to finding a room. I can't say enought good things about the staff and management. This was a very stressful time for everyone. But they remained professsion and business during the storm. Five thumbs up!!!!!

After flying all night, it was nice to be so close to the airport. The shuttle picked us up in less than 10 minutes. If would have been daylight, we would have walked. Friendly front desk staff. She advised that we would be getting a suite! After paying only $65 on Hotwire ~ I was excited! The hotel itself is clean, just looks a bit tired. Our room was clean as well, just a bit worn. One light bulb was out next to the bed and the batteries in the TV remote were dead. The two room suite was nice, as you had a place to go when you wake up, make in-room coffee and watch TV. The bed was fine, not over the moon, but fine. We had a room that faced the airport, but I was not bothered too much by the planes taking off. We used the gym & pool, both which were great. We walked next door to 13 Coins for breakfast and it was excellent. Pricey, but delicious! Portions are huge - we split a dish. Overall, heck, for $65 what can I expect? I would recommend this hotel, just don't pay full price.

Stayed there for one night before a flight out. The hotel is getting a bit old and the elevators definitely need a revamp on the cables (noisy, bumpy and it takes a bit to figure out waht floor it's on, so it takes forever to open the doors). Staff is great. Shuttle is great. Real close to SEATAC, so a good stop for an overnight before an early flight.Beautiful room with the "business" upgrade. Very nice desk to work on. Internet is a bit "sluggish" and difficult to connect to. Had to try a few before one would actually connect.

After reading reviews on trip advisor we were very torn as to if we should book a couple nights on our way back through from Hawaii. We had booked through hotwire and payed $68.00 for each night which was a GREAT deal :) we were surprised at how nice our room was when everyone said it was bad. We were on the fifth floor and our room was VERY clean ! the staff were all great and attentive. I will admit it was noisy when the planes took off , but literally you are not even half a mile from the airport. Was a great stay at the radisson !
