We really liked this hotel! No complaints at all. We only spend one night before catching a flight the next day, but if we come back to Seattle we´ll be sure to return.

Location was good, ok walk to the harbour etc. Check-in was quick and the hotel was really clean and the room was big. We had a great city view from the 17th floor.

We got a good price and it also included breakfast. And what a great breakfast that was! They didn´t have a buffet that day, so we were told that we can order anything we want from the breakfast menu. We had THE BEST waiter, Richard, who had a great sense of humour and really made our day! Breakfast was one of the most delicious I´ve had.

Overall I can totally recommend this hotel for cleanliness, location and good service.

Needed a place to stay downtown near my office when we had a snow storm hit the city, and this place served its purpose perfectly! I was able to check in well before check-in time and got a nice room on the 21st floor. The room was nice and clean and very well appointed. The location is great too. You can easily walk to anywhere you need to get to in downtown in minutes. I'll definitely stay here again!

My favorite hotel in Seattle, I have been staying for 10 years. It is because I dont like change and also because it feels like home. I get nice upgrade everytime, the upper floors have great view of the city and priority club louge is great as well. Nice location, close to the piers and downtown as we as easy entry/exit to I5. The hotel feels dated and little run down, rooms are older design, but nice, large and clean. The elevators are slow which is a major issue on busy mornings. Breakfast room has no personality. I am still a fan:)

Older property that feels run down and dated. The eleavators are so slow! The staff is hit and miss on service. The only thing I liked was the location which is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of downtown and only a few minutes walk from most things.
