Very friendly staff. Beautiful guest rooms with very nice bathrooms, mini-foyer with lighted low-cabinet and hardwood floor entering into bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. Very nice roof-top deck. The decor and design of this hotel is high quality. Turn down service. Perfect location for Pike Place Market, and just 5 small blocks to light-rail system. Free wifi.

Room tip: My room was facing East towards the city (very interesting to city-watch through floor to ceiling windows. Looks like all the East facing floors have a good view of the city.

In celebration of Us, we wanted to stay at a nice place while in town for the Stevie Wonder concert. The Inn surpassed our expectations. From the reservations to breakfast in bed to the valet at checkout, service was impeccable. We were even surprised with a free room upgrade and wine. Our waterview room was spectacular. It made us realize even more how beautiful Seattle is, and how blessed we are to be able to share such an amazing experience together. We will definitely return and look forward to making some of the suggestions from staff as part of our next adventure. Prepare to be pampered. You will feel like royalty from start to finish.

For someone that lives to get up early and capture images of the bustling pikes market before it's even light out, this is thee spot. The room had a perfect view to the west. We saw the ferry crossing, ships loading and unloading, neon lights at night and what great people! Everyone that we were in contact with at this hotel made us feel warm and welcome. The rooms were clean and super comfortable! A large buffet held our Keurig coffee pot, a safe some snacks and a fridge which I will thankfully add was NOT packed with items we didn't want. There was actually enough open space to put some of our own things in there.

This is a modern, swanky, & luxurious hotel! Our room had a view of Pike Place Market that looked exactly like the post cards! We bought a package that included dinner and a bottle of wine & everything was ready as soon as we arrived! They even offered a turn down service! Staff was incredibly friendly! Do yourself a favor and start at the destination hotel!

We are a family of 4 who were first-timers to Seattle. This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many of the Seattle sights. Lots of good eats within a one block radius, in fact far more than we were able to try in 5 days! We have two 20 year-olds, so the Parlour Suite was perfect for us, and a good value compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel arranged a Town Car to take us from and to the airport for a reasonable cost. The only glitch in our stay was that the Town Car was a no-show to pick us up to go back to the airport. Before we had time to panic, the bell captain called us a cab and the Inn paid the cost. Very classy move on their part, and we truly appreciated it! I highlly recommend this hotel, and next time we come to Seattle that will be our go-to place.

Room tip: We had a fifth floor parlour suite, facing the water. Room 514 is at the end of the hall, so no noise. And added bonus we were right across the hall from the rooftop deck access.
