The AppartCity Lannion is only five minutes walk from the old city center with its pittoresque alleys and places, markets and small restaurants. The AppartCity is modern with a small kitchen inside the room, the beds could be a little more comfortable. Its located on a big road, so the front rooms are noisy, the back rooms look to a small yard and are calm. There is a parking under the building and a breakfast room.

If you're looking for a comfortable night, this isn't it. The rooms are barely functional, and located disappointingly on a busy road out of the town centre. Parking is difficult nearby, (the local tabac had run out of vouchers for the blue parking zone.) Our appartment smelt badly of curry and our stay was blighted by the incredible noise of the neighbours rowing for hours next door. We failed to get hot water in the evening and there was only enough hot water for two showers for our party of four the next morning. No ambience, and no luck cancelling our planned second night's stay. We left anyway.
