This team goes above & beyond the call of duty to meet the needs of their guests! I was greeted with a smile and true customer service as soon as I entered the lobby! I was in search of last minute accommodations due to a flood in my apartment and the manager lady brittany was able to get me a quite nonsmoke room on the bottom floor. Staff members I came in contact with showed Southern Hospitality with a smile!!! My room was affordable CLEAN and a nice Home away from Home while I was displaced I will be sure to recommend!

while searching for a new apartment i stayed at the Red Roof Inn for 2 weeks. i was greeted by "JD" at the front desk and was very impressed with his professionalism. Soon after checking in i went to my room. the room was very clean, organized, and quiet dispite the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel. house keeping was right on time everyday and would acommidate my special request from towels to extra pillows. Having the mini fridge and microwave made my stay even more comfortable. Location is great ! close to shopping dinning and entertainment. I would stay here again . thanks to all.

Needed a pet friendly inexpensive one night stop in Kennesaw area, and booked after checking the Red Roof Inn web page. Only $49, but hardly worth that. Old, old motel that has probably had many names. Several colors of paint on walls; bathroom tub not clean, small old thin towels. 24x24 table with only 1 chair; noisy wall unit a/c; worn out tv; no in-room amenities.

Only positives were friendly front desk staff, ample parking, across from major mall if you need that, pet friendly.

Would not stay again.
